INGREDIENTS;

Water, butter, starch (corn or potato), fruit, ice cream, or pastry cream

Recipe:

  • We mix the water and butter in a saucepan until it boils.
  • Turn down the heat and gradually add the Mochiko Mix to achieve a smooth consistency.
  • Sprinkle some starch on the countertop, place the dough on it, and let it cool for a short while.
  • Roll out the dough and cut out round pieces using a glass.
  • Fill them with whatever ingredients you like and shape them.
