After 12 years of high-level corporate work, our founder, who discovered this unique flavor in Los Angeles in 2019, has tried countless mochi from different parts of the world to offer the best mochi experience.

Through extensive research on the ingredients and techniques used in mochi production, he have invested both time and significant resources to perfect this delicacy.

Driven by this passion and conviction, he launched the Mochiko brand in Antalya in 2021, aiming to make mochi one of Turkey’s most beloved desserts.
